Thank you for supporting local business partners. By supporting this business, you are not only supporting a woman-owned local business, but also giving your business and by default, your vote, to sustainable organic and non-GMO farming methods. 

It is difficult for small businesses to invest in the highest quality ingredients because of the cost, but we are committed to supporting businesses that care for the environment and care for what we eat. Commercial breads bought at the supermarket have ingredients such as bromide, and other additives and preservatives that, over time, can harm our bodies. Bread is a staple product for most humans and making sure it is as clean as possible is important for optimal health. 

We use 100% Organic High Mountain Central Milling and Natural Agriculture Wholesome Essence Red Wheat flour. We use red wheat flour to give our bagels and bread added nutritional value and a higher digestability. We have customers that normally avoid gluten say that they can eat our bagels.

Our bagels are boiled in molasses water and then baked to create a soft, chewy bagel with a crunchy exterior. Also check out our artisan sourdough breads, focaccia and cookie bars.

Business Hours - We bake our bagels and breads fresh every Saturday and/ or Sunday to order for 10 AM pick up. For special orders, we can bake any day with advanced notice.
